  2. Make sure that the Contact Information is correct (contact Number - Email) and personal reachable.
  3. Uploaded Certificate is Applicants' responsibility to be matching with MOHK requirements.
  4. You have 90 days to complete insufficiencies, a notification would be sent via provided contacts.
  5. The official communication method with the DATA CHECK team is through the portal or contacting the Applicant Support Team.
  6. Service provider may charge extra fees based on issuing authority requirements.
  7. Your Verification report would be sent to your contact email once it has been accomplished.
  8. The amount invoiced shall be paid in accordance with the payment terms recorded in the invoice.
